Please keep in mind, the following policies about returns:
• Please contact KEYLIME Athletic Wear to arrange for a return authorization within 5 days of receiving the product. You can also return your product to KEYLIME Headquarters. Contact your REP if you purchased your item at a Homeparty or tradeshow.
• The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached. Items that appear worn, soiled, and odorous, damaged, or altered items will not be refunded.
• Please send a copy of proof of purchase.
• Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their items back. A flat rate of $9.99 is charged to resend an exchanged item.
• Store credit or exchange will only be offered if the product is returned after 5 days of receiving your items.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes. Bras, Underwear, head wear, water bottles, gift cards and items bought on sale are final sale.
when will my purchase be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from KEYLIME. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Paypal will refund your credit card.
How long can I expect my KEYLIME gear to last?
Quality is one of our core values, so you can trust we take it seriously. We design the majority of our product line to withstand five years of intended use.
Bras, socks, and intimates expire, KEYLIME recommends you replace them every few years.
How does KEYLIME take a stand for quality?
When something’s not right KEYLIME wants to know! If your garment does not hold up, bring it to your REP or KEYLIME headquarters.
If you have quality issues within 30 days of purchase we would issue an exchange or gift card. Issues include:
• complete stitch unraveling or seam splitting
• broken snaps
• replace broken zippers
• replace logos that may have fallen off during washing/drying
